送到的花已經凋謝，花被噴上了好多水，花束放平後滲出了好多水，起碼有250ML, 這樣的服務與網上宜傳及看到的照片簡直兩回事.

I had problem with entering the order so I sent an enquiry to FDHK. They replied promptly. What impressed me the most was the quality of the flowers, they were fresh, in full blossoms, and looked exactly as it was showed on their online shop. Delivery was exactly as specified. Great job. I definitely will use them again.

The water was leaking from the wrapping paper of the bouquet. It was dripping from the bottom of the wrapping paper and got water all over her white dress. It was such a mess to carry the bouquet with her to dinner party. I am really disappointed in your inferior product. =(

I was very impressed by the service. I had a problem completing my order online. When I telephoned, using the very convenient Whatsapp, I was received by a very friendly lady who helped me every step of the way and the transaction was carried out smoothly, efficiently and quickly.
